RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
At MOMIJI, our goal is simple. We want you to love your purchase.
We understand the difficulty in inspecting a product when buying online. If you would like to request a refund, please contact us at hello@momijikids.com within 3 days of receiving your purchase (delivery date). Please note that all items must be in their original packaging i.e. unused, unassembled, and that you will be required to cover the shipping charges associated with the return. We will process the refund within 2 days of receiving the item back at our warehouse and upon confirming that it was returned in its original state.
Due to the handcrafted nature of our rattan products, please keep in mind that there may be slight variations in appearance. We believe this is what gives our products their unique charm & beauty.
We pride ourselves on the high quality of our products and our team in Indonesia inspects every piece individually before it is packed and shipped to USA.
In the event you decide to exchange for another product, we ask that you return the first purchase as per our returns procedure. Following receipt of the return at our warehouse, we will then deliver to you your replacement. In the event the exchange is of higher value, we will email you an invoice requesting payment for the difference. In the event the exchange is of lower value, we will offer you the difference as a refund or store credit at 110% value.
If you receive a product which is damaged or defective, please email us at hello@momijikids.com within 3 days of receiving your purchase (delivery date). Upon investigation, we may recommend an easy repair, complete replacement, a discount or full refund.
