We understand the difficulty in inspecting a product when buying online, so if you change your mind, we will be pleased to offer you a refund or exchange. Contact us with your request at email@example.com within 5 days of receiving your purchase. Please note that all items must be in their original packaging i.e. unused, unassembled.
Due to the handcrafted nature of our rattan products, please keep in mind that there may be slight variations in appearance. We believe this is what gives our products their unique charm & beauty.

Defective or damaged items
